Little More is the brainchild of four passionate hospitality professionals: Aron Watman, Daniel Wai, Dorian De La Mater, and Ryan Steckowski. Together, they bring decades of experience that span high-end dining establishments, iconic nightclubs, and neighborhood favorites, blending their talents to deliver something truly exceptional in Little More. Founding partner, Watman,  previously opened acclaimed ventures such as The Brooklyneer, Hill & Dale, The Folly, and Cena Cantina. This marks his second collaboration with Steckowski and his first with De La Mater and Wai. The team’s journey began during five unforgettable years at Hill & Dale, where they honed their craft and built a foundation of trust and creativity.
